If you think you need to be seen URGENTLY on the day we ask that you always telephone us first so that a member of our Triage Team can assess your condition over the telephone and arrange a time for you to come in as soon as possible when you will receive the care that you need.
Please call before 10.30am if you feel you need to be seen the same day.
One of the doctors is available to deal with emergencies between 8am and 6.30pm.

Appointments are available to book up to two weeks in advance and are scheduled to last 15 minutes. You will be asked for brief details of the reason for your appointment when booking; this is to enable us to give you an appointment with the most appropriate person. You may express a preference of doctor and we will do our best to accommodate, however it will not always be possible to see the doctor of your choice.
There are a limited number of early appointments available for patients who wish to be seen before 8:00am.
The doctors are able to discuss problems over the telephone. If you need help or advice please telephone your doctor’s personal assistant (PA) who may be able to resolve the problem for you or alternatively may arrange for your doctor to call you back. You can find the relevant telephone numbers listed on the seperate page above.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
