MONDAY 20th SEPTEMBER TO FRIDAY 1st OCTOBER 2010
We will be upgrading our computer system on 21st September.
This will cause disruption to our usual working for a period of
two weeks.
During this time we will be running a reduced service.
Please help us during the transition period:
1 If your repeat medication is due between 20th September and
1st October, please order early during the week commencing
13th September.
2 Please note there will be no pre-bookable appointments from
21st September to 1st October – you will need to book on
the day.
3 There will be no baby clinic on Monday 27th September.
4 There will be no chronic disease clinics from 21st September
to 1st October.
We thank you for your tolerance during the transiton period. The
end result will be an improved clinical computer system to enhance
the service we offer our patients.
