The Practice
There are six doctors in the partnership, three male and three female.
We operate from two surgery sites, Henfield Medical Centre, which
was purpose built in 1994 and a branch surgery at Woodlawn, Partridge
Green. Both surgeries are accessible to patients in wheelchairs, and
have lavatories for the disabled. The practice is part of the West
Sussex Primary Care Trust.

New Patients
You may register with any doctor in the practice. If you have no strong
preference we will either assign you to the doctor with the shortest list,
or if you live in an outlying village, with the partner that covers that
area. If you develop a condition which you would prefer to discuss with
another doctor in the practice this can usually be accomodated. New
patients are given a questionnaire which helps us plan your health care.
We also suggest you make a double appointment for a health check
with a practice nurse.

GP Training Scheme
We are a training practice involved in the advanced training of GP
registrars who are fully qualified doctors. They are required to spend
a year with specially qualified general practitioners before going into
practice on their own. We hope that you will accept their services as
an extra extension of our own.
